Should you wish to register or schedule an appointment online, please fill out the form to the right and we will contact you within an hour (during normal business hours) to confirm the appointment. You can also call us at 416.368.2855 to speak with someone in person.

For any dental emergencies, we have an on-call dentist available for phone consultations and you can be seen right away during regular business hours.

If you are a new client, you can complete our dental registration and history form online or in person when you come in for your visit.
